What amazing noticing skills F2 have. Â We went on a tree hunt this morning. Â The children knew that different trees have different leaves and are different sizes, so we decided to stretch our noticing muscles and work out what types of tree we have in our woods. I was really impressed with how absorbed the children were, the looked really carefully at the leaves on the trees and tried to match them to pictures of the leaves. That sounds easy doesn’t it? It isn’t really, some leaves look almost the same so you have to really stretch your noticing muscles.
