This afternoon we took lots of different things to the woods so that the children could choose what they wanted to do. I was so impressed with how the children collaborated making dens , creating with clay and doing treasure hunts. Â Well done NEW Year 4.

F1 had to be real noticing Nigels to find my treasure this morning. They did so well that we finished the morning with toasted marshmallows.
We had Â another fantastic session for ready steady play this afternoon. It was so relaxed, everyone was busy playing and learning. Thank you to all the mums and dads who joined us, we love sharing some of the things we do in the woods, with you.
These two boys love making dens, but before they made a den the boys Â tried some Hapa zome. Look how absorbed they are.
The children from our children’s centre have been listening to the story of Maisie Â Mouse. In the story she goes camping. Â Today in the woods we found Maisie’s tent but we couldn’t find Maisie! We looked all over!
